Welcome to Holly Leaf Assessments! I'm Georgie Coughlin,
the founder and a dedicated Social Worker with over a decade
of experience in Adult Services across England. My journey in
this field has spanned various sectors, including statutory services,
the NHS, and non-profit organizations. In my Social Work career
I have specialised as a mental health professional, with significant experience in working with adults with complex mental health issues, dementia, autism, and gender dysphoria. I work compassionately and co-operatively, ensuring that the people I work with are listened to, and actively supported to achieve their goals.

Why I Started Holly Leaf Assessments: I established Holly Leaf Assessments with a clear mission – to help adults achieve the best outcomes in their lives. My goal is to simplify the navigation of services, bypass long waiting lists, and avoid the complexity of referral systems, ensuring that each individual receives timely and effective support.

What I Offer: I provide compassionate and sensitive legal support and assessments, specializing in Mental Capacity, Best Interest Decisions, and Lasting Power of Attorney Applications. My aim is to assist you in making challenging decisions for yourself or your loved ones with confidence and peace of mind.

Personalized Support: Beyond legal assessments, I offer a tailored private 1:1 service over multiple sessions. Whether you are focusing on your career, relationships, or any other significant aspect of your life, I am here to help you develop the habits and skills necessary to handle life’s challenges and emotional moments effectively.

OFFICE ASSISTANT
Puuurrrp! I’m Basil, the most orange and most
fabulous office assistant you’ll ever meet.
My job title? Chief Cuddle Officer and Professional Nap
Supervisor. When I’m not busy inspecting the insides of every
cardboard box that enters the office (quality control is essential,
you know), I’m ensuring that I'm standing in front of the computer screen.
Need to relieve some stress? My purr therapy sessions are top-notch! Just one cuddle with me, and all your worries will melt away. And let’s be honest, who needs a paper shredder when you have me? My claws are always ready for some serious document destruction (oops, did I say that out loud?).
Coffee breaks? I’m there. Meetings? I’ll join in, mostly by sitting on your notes and demanding ear scratches. Productivity? Well, with me around, it’s all about the balance between work and play. Trust me, my toy mouse-chasing skills are legendary!
